Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Operations Coordinator to manage tenant relations and property operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant service requests and inquiries
  • Coordinate with local vendors for repairs, maintenance, and compliance documentation
  • Track and manage lease expirations, renewals, and monitor rent collections
Required Qualifications
  • Graduated cum laude or better from university is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years' property management experience
  • Prior experience working for a commercial real estate company is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Yardi experience is a plus
