Required Qualifications
Successful completion of an AAPC or AHIMA-approved Coding Certificate Program
Minimum of two to four years of current production coding experience in acute care and profee
Must possess certifications such as CPC, COC, CIC, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and/or CCS-P
Experience in multi-specialty coding, particularly in GI, OB/GYN, ENT, and Neuro specialties
Ability to achieve 8 CPH productivity and maintain a 95% coding accuracy
