Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduling Coordinator - Remote (OR & WA).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgeries, procedures, exams, therapies, and evaluations across multiple departments and facilities
• Serve as the main communication point for scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring compliance with policies
• Analyze patient information to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain accurate scheduling templates

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent knowledge and skills from education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of scheduling and health records experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems
• Preferred experience in scheduling multiple healthcare departments and compliance documentation
• Completion of a basic anatomy/physiology class is preferred
