Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduling Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating incoming referrals and scheduling patient appointments
• Answering phones and directing patients to the appropriate area or person
• Registering patients and creating accounts within an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare office setting is required
• Working knowledge of insurance benefits and related medical care costs is a plus
• Must be outgoing, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment
