Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Advisor to provide support to military spouses through the Military Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness in a fast-paced contact center environment to assist military spouses
• Assess needs and provide individualized resources, education, and career advising
• Schedule career coaching appointments and manage case management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in educational or career advising
• Three years of experience in training development and public speaking
• Two years of experience supervising social services or education programs
• U.S. Citizenship required for government systems access
• Home internet service with speeds over 3Mb required
