Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and policy reviews
• Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents while demonstrating empathy
• Offer additional products to customers based on their needs

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience
• OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Customer service experience
• Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends
