A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related fields, with at least 3+ years managing teams
• Proven ability to develop and lead enablement strategies that enhance sales productivity
• Experience supporting multiple sales segments and tailoring programs to diverse audiences
• Success in building scalable training and onboarding frameworks in a high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of sales methodologies and sales tooling
