Job Summary

A company is looking for a Law Firm Partner specializing in Employment Law with PAGA experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee PAGA claims, including legal filings and representation in negotiations or trials
• Provide counsel on compliance with California labor laws and assist clients in policy development related to wage and hour issues
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with PAGA-related legal matters

Required Qualifications

• CA licensure and member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• Defense side experience with knowledge of class/PAGA issues
• Trial experience preferred
• Ability to develop and foster client relationships
• Experience in mentoring and supervising legal staff
