California HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CBP) preferred
  • Five years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations and benefits administration required
  • Familiarity with California employment practices strongly preferred
  • Experience in a fully remote or technology-driven work environment is a plus
