Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support to users of the Applicant Tracking System
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with team members to implement recruitment strategies and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred, with up to 3 years of validated experience
• Experience working with Avature or other ATS platforms
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ServiceNow
• Outstanding organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach
