Solutions Manager, HR Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Manager, HR Technology with expertise in Workday Recruiting and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary authority for Workday configuration within Recruiting & Talent and Performance
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new Workday features and enhancements
• Partner with HR and Talent Management leaders to refine system workflows and analytics aligned with talent strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent HRIS experience
• 3+ years of functional configuration experience in Workday (Recruiting, HCM, and Talent & Performance)
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition AI tools and other talent-related HR technologies
• Workday PRO certification preferred
