Business Line Director - Disaster Resilience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Line Director - Disaster & Resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the environmental review process for HUD-assisted disaster recovery and resilience projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for environmental compliance issues related to HUD-funded activities
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring environmental compliance in disaster recovery programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Historic Preservation, Archaeology, or a related field
• Ten years of regulatory experience with HUD or comparable federal grant programs
• Experience managing the environmental review process for HUD-funded projects
• Thorough knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and related federal laws
• Experience conducting environmental assessments and preparing Environmental Review Records (ERRs)
