Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to secure funding and diversify revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposals and concept notes for institutional funders, collaborating with programs and finance teams
• Facilitate proposal coordination and ensure clear internal communication regarding roles and deadlines
• Conduct outreach to potential donors and maintain internal grants databases for timely proposal submissions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required
• 4-6 years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, and fundraising
• Proven track record in Business Development and fundraising, particularly with foundations
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Previous direct service work in refugee assistance preferred; knowledge of social service programs is a plus
