Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
• Leads the documentation and refinement of business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Maintains requirement traceability from initial request through final implementation and collaborates with QA to ensure testability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience in Agile or hybrid development environments is preferred
• Familiarity with agricultural, livestock, or accounting domains is a plus
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
