Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Initiative & Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to scope, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives for organizational transformation
• Lead planning and delivery of strategic programs, developing processes to track and manage execution
• Design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, or enterprise program/project leadership
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and business impact
• Strong executive presence with facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building processes, teams, or capabilities from the ground up
• A bachelor's degree is required
