A company is looking for a Head of Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and launch a scalable enablement program for GTM onboarding and ongoing development
  • Build role-specific onboarding programs to enhance ramp time and productivity
  • Develop and manage partner enablement for system integrators and alliances
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or related GTM function
  • Proven experience building enablement programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in improving GTM ramp times and developing role-based learning paths
  • Startup experience with the ability to navigate ambiguity and establish programs from scratch
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack or data-driven products
