Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Representative to handle billing tasks and customer interactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide input for effective management of the premium billing function
• Monitor outstanding balances and manage invoice preparation and reconciliation

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience with computers and Windows-based systems
• Ability to train onsite for the first 2 days
• Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours, including occasional overtime or weekends
