A company is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and document interactions
• Verify information from third-party entities and escalate complex issues as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months prior customer service experience
• Availability to work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
• Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice interactions
• Personal computer or laptop with specified minimum specs and stable internet connection
