Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the MassHealth Premium Billing Department's daily operations, including financial functions and customer service
• Manage financial reporting, reconciliation, and ensure compliance with audit procedures
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures while maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
• 5 years of billing experience, preferably in federal or state contracting
• 3 years of experience managing a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
