• Provide telephone support for Qolsys, DSC, and Sur-Gard products
• Resolve customer issues within SLA times while supporting both software and hardware products
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve processes and products

• Fluent in French
• Strong technical background or an associate degree preferred
• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
