Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist - Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with non-English speaking clients to enhance service levels and revenue growth
• Act as a liaison between Account Managers and Financial Institutions, utilizing bilingual and cultural knowledge to attract and retain customers
• Provide training and guidance to team members regarding cultural nuances and relationship-building strategies

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Experience in customer service, customer development, or customer maintenance
• Basic computer operation skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be 18 years of age or older
