Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst responsible for overseeing benefit administration and resolving benefit-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of domestic and international employee benefit plans
• Conduct audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in the implementation of new benefit programs and prepare employee communication materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
• CEBS Certification is a plus
• International benefits administration experience required
• ADP experience preferred
