Key Responsibilities

• Utilize consultative methods and experience to drive change in designated areas
• Conduct monthly and quarterly coaching sessions to measure and confirm implemented changes
• Update CRM with necessary notes and leverage successes to promote additional products

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
• 2-3 years of Automotive Service Department management experience
• Ability to present training material engagingly
• Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions
• Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing strategically
