Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager Health Services - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a remote team focused on enrolling and retaining Medicare members in care management programs
• Oversee daily operations, including workflow adherence, performance metrics, and quality reviews
• Conduct onboarding, training, and performance management to ensure team success and adherence to business objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience in customer service, call center management, or healthcare
• 4 - 6 years of experience in serving customers
• Bachelor's degree with applicable experience is strongly preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with experience in data entry and documentation
