A company is looking for an Associate Director, Scientific Affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-caliber medical and scientific content adhering to adult learning principles
  • Contribute to grant planning and development to meet department goals and address educational needs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare leaders to gather insights for educational programs
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree (PhD or PharmD preferred) in a scientific, medical, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing continuing medical education (CME/CE) activities
  • Experience in developing CME/CE activities supported by pharmaceutical companies or government grants
  • Ability to independently research, design, and develop high-quality scientific grant and medical writing
  • Current knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience in various disease areas such as oncology, diabetes, and cardiology
