Senior R&D Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, R&D Office of Strategy Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects that align with company strategies and R&D objectives
• Oversee project management tasks, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and resources
• Provide internal consulting services, fostering relationships and embedding best practices across teams

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project & Program Management or Process Excellence/Improvement
• Certification in PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Certification in Change Management is a plus
