Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Scientist, Process Liquids Field Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, including training and troubleshooting
• Organize and lead discussions on product specifications and application optimizations
• Collaborate with internal teams to convey customer feedback and aid in product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Life Sciences preferred
• Experience in Academia, Biotech, or Biopharmaceutical industries in a technical role
• Significant experience in biomanufacturing and cGMP environments preferred
• Proven ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of bioprocess workflows and customer interfacing skills
