Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director Global Procurement, Change & Talent Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Procurement change management strategy to support strategic initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert for change management programs and oversee professional development strategies
• Implement project management activities for transformation projects, ensuring effective scope and resource management

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3 years, Master's degree with 5 years, Bachelor's degree with 7 years, Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in relevant fields
• Experience in change management, learning strategy, or talent development, preferably within procurement
• Ability to design and implement frameworks and processes that support organizational transformation
• Experience with analytical tools and Global Procurement e-Sourcing tools
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
