Associate Director of Denials

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Denials, responsible for leading denial strategies and collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Denials improvement strategies for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Collection efforts
  • Oversee the end-to-end denial management process, including initial denial review and appeals
  • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership on denial performance and improvement initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a health system
  • 2+ years of experience in denials in an ambulatory/acute setting
  • Experience in navigating and working across multiple departments to support business objectives
