Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead client compliance efforts, coordinating with external experts on tax and regulatory requirements
• Mentor accounting teams and oversee project management to ensure timely and quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing teams effectively
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
