Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to support IT operations remotely on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between IT support and end-users, triaging help requests and monitoring system performance
• Manage and administer various SaaS products, including Google Workspace and Okta, while performing general administrative tasks
• Provide day-to-day computer support, including hardware provisioning and monitoring support queues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Experience in both Windows and Mac support
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Okta, EntraID, and/or Windows Active Directory
• Experience with security tools such as multi-factor authentication
