Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annual Giving Manager to implement and support a multi-channel, data-driven annual giving program.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute annual giving appeals and manage fundraising campaigns to acquire and retain donors
• Utilize Salesforce to manage annual giving appeals and analyze performance metrics
• Coordinate donor cultivation and stewardship efforts, including personal outreach to new and upgrading donors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3+ years in non-profit direct mail or annual giving programs
• Proven track record of engaging and retaining donors
• Experience with databases, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to handle confidential donor information with integrity
• Strong commitment to the organization's mission
