A company is looking for an Affiliate & Business Development Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new affiliates, referrals, and partners to expand the network
• Develop and implement strategies to onboard and activate new referrals and affiliates
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize to achieve KPIs and objectives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar field
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Good collaboration skills, both independently and within a team
