Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist to manage and execute renewal transactions for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
  • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes while collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process and forecast renewal bookings
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales operations, customer success, or account management
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and subscription licensing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise software environments is preferred
