Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist I responsible for maintaining client and vendor accounts and managing aged receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile client and vendor accounts, investigating and collecting on aged receivables
• Review and process daily client invoices, monthly statements, and manage account corrections or adjustments
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with RFP requests while ensuring compliance with administrative procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with two years of experience in an A/R or accounting role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Credit Collections is preferred
• An associate degree is preferred
