Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and compliance with payer regulations
• Provide operational oversight and mentorship to the Billing Coordinator and ensure accurate and timely billing
• Implement and monitor the department budget while managing employee performance and development

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• 5 years of previous hospital billing experience
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations and automated billing processes
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of Medicare hospital billing experience preferred
