Key Responsibilities

• Close and manage e-commerce companies on the SaaS platform
• Understand customer needs and represent their interests to factories
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while managing production schedules

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales and Account Management experience, preferably in a startup environment
• 2+ years of experience with a CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Experience in the e-commerce industry or FMCG space
• Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives
• Remote-ready with necessary equipment and a stable internet connection
