Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Claims Collector.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with insurance companies to determine the cause of denial or non-payment of a claim
• Initiate appropriate actions to prepare and submit documentation needed to resolve claims issues
• Follow up until payment is received or all recourse is exhausted, maintaining records per company policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of medical insurance billing and claims follow-up experience
• Ability to work from a quiet and private workspace
• High-speed internet connection capable of supporting VoIP
• Must reside in one of the specified states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
• Must meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training
