Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release of Information Associate HIM for a full-time night shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, arrange scheduling, and assist with patient appointment confirmations
• Prepare and maintain medical charts and ensure necessary documents are available for healthcare professionals
• Release patient health information in compliance with confidentiality protocols and assist in scanning documents into EHR

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer knowledge
• Preferred experience in medical records within a healthcare setting
• Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
