Registered Nurse Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Specialist - Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients receiving specialty medications for bleeding and blood disorders in the home
• Assess home health agencies and provide education on care and therapy management
• Manage a caseload of therapy-specific patients and ensure timely medication shipments and safe practices

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience in bleeding disorders or sickle cell, plus two years in home infusion or specialty medications
• Experience with infusion therapy supplies and pumps
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
