Regional Service Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Service Delivery Lead (RSDL).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for Workplace and End User Run Services in the Americas region
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and lead the escalation process for high severity incidents
  • Support and guide teams on improvement initiatives and manage customer relationships at the senior level
Required Qualifications and Education
  • First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant business experience in mobility and workplace services
  • Experience in organizational change management and managing cross-cultural teams
  • Broad knowledge of ITIL principles and service management
  • Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams in a large-scale environment
