Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional- Unlicensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions
• Analyze and process complex new business and service transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with team members and other service teams to achieve department objectives and maintain high-quality customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and applicable financial reporting tools
• Ability to work day and/or evening shifts based on volume forecasts
