A company is looking for an IFS Vendor Coordinator to oversee vendor compliance and support facility activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor compliance, communication, and development, including approving invoices
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers regarding third-party services
• Monitor vendor performance and assist with budgetary requests and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
• Associate degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of administrative experience in facilities or commercial real estate
• Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
• Proficient in MS Office
