Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for SMB and mid-market hotel prospects across Latin America, focusing on Mexico
  • Outbound prospect into mid-market accounts to build pipeline and brand awareness
  • Manage inbound and SDR-sourced pipeline in the SMB segment and maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and forecast visibility
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in hotel technology, with a proven track record in SMB and/or mid-market segments
  • Deep understanding of the Mexican hotel market, including buyer behaviors and competitive landscape
  • Experience selling to hotel operations teams or related technology is a strong plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable conducting demos and presentations in both languages
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a motivation to build from the ground up
