Regional Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional bus and charger support plans, managing maintenance budgets
• Oversee fleet and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contract standards and regulations
• Supervise maintenance teams, drive quality initiatives, and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications:

• College degree or 7+ years of relevant fleet experience
• 5 years of maintenance management experience in a multi-site environment
• 5 years of fleet supervisor experience in a diesel shop with medium to heavy-duty fleets
• ASE Master Certification preferred
• Basic understanding of electric vehicle maintenance requirements
