Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-impact book of mid-to-large clients using LeadConnector-based offerings
• Lead discovery and consultation around marketing, CRM, and automation workflows
• Proactively identify churn risks or product fit gaps and offer strategic solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience required
• 5-7 Years of Digital Marketing/Account Management experience
• 2 to 4 years of specific AI and/or Lead Connector or other relevant technology experience
• Working knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
• Experience working with various CRM Systems
