As Director of Installation and Service, you will report to the Director of Operations. You will oversee the production of all installation and service projects in addition to customer satisfaction and installer relationships. You will lead our team of Project, Installation, and Service Managers. You will provide training and educational opportunities to the team to continuously work toward professionally developing and promoting team members. Additionally, the Director of Installation and Service, through the team, will addresses service issues, promote timely resolutions, and uphold the company's commitment to five-star customer satisfaction. You will focus on the department’s key performance indicators and daily reports to ensure the department is on track.
