Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Account Manager – Sales (France/ Germany) to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and expanding REDE Consulting’s footprint in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing clients in France/ German to understand their business needs and provide relevant ServiceNow solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client success.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the French market.
  • Regularly communicate with clients via emails, calls, and virtual meetings in French/ German.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the region.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

French/ German Language Proficiency – Ability to communicate fluently (spoken & written) with French/ German clients.
✅ 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in IT services or SaaS solutions).
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
✅ Understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, or ServiceNow ecosystem (a plus).
✅ Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for sales.
✅ Ability to work in a hybrid work model (Pune or Ahmedabad).
