The VP Revenue Management & Distribution, reporting to the SVP Commercial, is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing all revenue streams whilst achieving optimal occupancy. He/she is responsible for developing a pricing and distribution strategy aligned with the brand’s recommendations and the specific requirements of trains, yachts, and hotels, and should have a total revenue management approach, with consideration for all the revenue streams of the different products.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership ability and a minimum of 12 years’ experience as a Revenue Director and must be able to illustrate previous successes in a comparable luxury environment. Previous opening experience is required.
Passionate about the hospitality industry, art and culture, heritage, and history, you are passionate about delivering excellence in our guest experience. You will have an understanding and ideally an experience of the cruise or luxury train business and/or tour operating.
A real Work life balance:
- Remote work : up to 8 remote days per month depending on team workflow. Extra allowance for /Reimbursement of IT equipment and other daily allowances?
- For ‘autnomous framework’ employees (non-executive positions): 216 worked days including up to 12 days RTT per year according to the year.
