As the On Premise Head of Marketing for Red Bull, you will be in charge of promoting and growing the brand's image and consumption in On Premise venues, including creating strategies and structures for business growth, optimizing sales with your team, executing sales plans nationally, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance major marketing initiatives.
Business Plan
You play a crucial role in shaping the annual business plan by pinpointing insights that drive new actions and strategies for the On Premise sector, while also embodying and promoting Red Bull's premium brand values. Additionally, you ensure the team maintains high image standards.
Training
You are responsible for training the On Premise team with new marketing tools and concepts to boost Red Bull's presence at the point of sale. You'll own the national training plan and ensure top-notch trainings and coaching for ongoing team development and to maintain a competitive edge.
Trade Marketing
You are tasked with crafting a national On Premise business plan to achieve ambitious company goals, implementing top-down strategies for distribution growth and consumption acceleration in various segments. You'll evaluate trade marketing tools, execute marketing programs to boost Red Bull’s consumption, industry support, and brand image. It's important to translate insights into new initiatives, keep abreast of market trends for new opportunities, and manage both team growth and resources like budgets and promotional materials efficiently.
Events and Festivals
In collaboration with the Event Manager and Musketeers, you are responsible for carrying out marketing initiatives and point-of-sale activations aligned with Red Bull's global strategy at various events, including festivals and third-party functions.
Lead and Develop an Effective and Strong Team
You'll spearhead a proficient marketing team, ensuring ongoing knowledge sharing within and across borders. You'll be responsible for forging vital networks with external parties and influencers, creating opportunities for partnerships. Moreover, you must manage and distribute your On Premise marketing budget judiciously in line with the overarching national business strategy, while also overseeing its proper application.
5+ years marketing or/and trade marketing in commercial environment.
5 years management experience with a proven track record of driving success.
Strong On Premise industry knowledge and integration in local scene and community (authentic and credible).
People leadership/management experience preferred.
Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (strong understanding of sales processes and financial systems).
Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational ability.
Highly developed analytical skills. Ability to translate data and insights from market research, sales analyses and forecasts into effective sales activation as well as compelling brand-marketing activities in response to changes in the On Premise environment.
